Steps
Cut your materials to the right size
Cut your paper plate in half. Cut six strips of crepe paper streamer all to the same length.
Glue pieces together
Using a glue stick, glue your crepe paper streamers to the back side of the paper plate. We like glue stick for this step because of how delicate the crepe paper streamers are. Then, use white glue to glue the cotton balls to the plate to make it puffy like a cloud.
Hang your cloud
Use your hole punch to make two holes, one on either side of your cloud. Thread your string through the holds and tie a knot to hang it. Have an adult help if needed.
