About This Project
Create your own cheerful leprechaun with a fluffy white beard! Start with a paper plate and draw a happy face with eyes, a nose, and a big smile. Then glue lots of soft cotton balls all over the bottom to make a puffy beard. Top it off with a colorful leprechaun hat and you've got a lucky friend to display for Saint Patrick's Day. This is a great task to work on your cutting, glueing, and fine motor skills.
Steps
Print and cut out the hat
Print and cut the leprechaun's hat. You can choose from the color or black and white version. If black and white, color the hat your favorite colors.
Draw the face
Draw a smiling leprechaun face on your paper plate. Make sure to leave plenty of room for his beard!
Add the beard
Spread white glue over the bottom part of your paper plate. Glue on cotton balls to make his beard!
Glue on the hat
Finish off your festive creation by glueing on his hat!
